To ensure a smooth studio check-in process, we recommend creating The Strength Club account and booking your training sessions online or on our mobile app.
Class booking opens 14 days in advance, and many classes do sell out, especially during peak times. We strongly recommend reserving your spot early.
If a class is full, you can add yourself to the waitlist. As spots open due to cancellations, you’ll automatically be notified by email and given the opportunity to join the class.
Being on the waitlist is the best way to secure a spot in a sold-out class — openings often happen as schedules shift.
We encourage planning ahead so you can train consistently and get the most out of your membership.
PLEASE CANCEL AT LEAST 8 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF YOUR SCHEDULED CLASS TIME TO AVOID LOSING YOUR CLASS CREDIT.
We believe consistency starts with planning. Class reservations open 14 days in advance, so we recommend scheduling your workouts ahead of time.
If you’re unable to make a class, please cancel at least 8 hours prior to the start time. This allows someone on the waitlist to train and keeps things fair for everyone in the community.
Cancellations made within 8 hours of class time are considered a late cancellation. In that case, the class will be forfeited and a $25 late cancellation fee will be applied.
To early cancel a class, please log into your account and click the early cancel button, or email info@strongnewyork.com and we will gladly assist you.
If you reserve a class and do not attend, a $36 no-show fee will be applied to members.
We know things come up and no one misses class intentionally but no-shows prevent other members from training and taking available spots.
Class and Coach assignments are subject to change. Pricing and package expiration dates are subject to change. Class packages are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Expiration dates can and will be enforced. Please be conservative with your package purchase option if you feel that you will not be able to utilize all classes within the allotted time frame. Should you wish to extend your current / active package, please refer to our Extension Policy below.
To help accommodate temporary life events while maintaining the integrity of our scheduling and operations, we offer a limited freeze option under the terms outlined below. Please do not confuse this with canceling your membership or package. Freezes are intended for short-term pauses, not indefinite holds or repeated cancellations and reactivations.
